Intervenções fisioterapêuticas na prevenção de lesões em atletas amadores

Resumo

A prática esportiva amadora tem crescido, aumentando também a incidência de lesões musculoesqueléticas, especialmente sem acompanhamento profissional. Este estudo revisa intervenções fisioterapêuticas na prevenção dessas lesões, como aquecimento neuromuscular, fortalecimento, treino proprioceptivo, controle de carga, taping e educação em saúde. A pesquisa, realizada nas bases Scopus e PubMed (2020–2025), analisou 15 artigos. Os resultados indicam que programas multicomponentes, com foco em controle neuromuscular, fortalecimento excêntrico e propriocepção, são mais eficazes. Conclui-se que a fisioterapia preventiva é essencial e deve ser mais acessível aos atletas amadores.
